You asked:

What can my friends and I do for fun after spring break now that we're all partied out?

The short answer is … whatever you feel like doing. Head to the movies, walk to dinner instead of driving, go to a new art exhibit. Take turns coming up with something different to do, like a hike through the woods or a movie marathon. Whether you're busting out the DVDs or dancing around your room, there are plenty of things you can do for fun after spring break when you just don't feel like partying. …

• Make hand puppets. A friend and I made hand puppets during the end of exam week last year because we couldn't think of anything else to do. Not only did we have fun for an afternoon, we now have super-awesome puppets that vaguely resemble some of our friends.

• Watch all the movies in a trilogy in one sitting. Watch back-to-back Back to the Future or Beverly Hills Cop or Legally Blonde. Don’t forget the popcorn!

• Get creative with food. I once made fudge with a powdered-sugar skull on it to look like the Jolly Roger on Pirates of the Caribbean. Weird? Yes. Entertaining? Definitely.

• See what you can make for dinner using the smallest amount of cash possible. Get everyone to kick in a few dollars, set your budget, head to the grocery store and get creative in the kitchen.

• Pretend it's Halloween in the middle of March and have a costumed photo shoot outside. (This is especially entertaining if you go to school in an area that is frequented by tourists.)

• Get your hall outside to play a game if it’s warm enough. Round up a few flying discs or a beach ball, or set up a scavenger hunt for your friends and see how long it takes them to finish it.

• Have a picnic in the quad or the library. (Check library rules first; some of them don't allow food, and getting kicked out of the library would just be awkward.)
